Start dates depend on the season, the scope of work, material availability and any permits or approvals required. We will give you a realistic timeline with your estimate. Active leaks and urgent repairs are prioritized.
Your address, a short description of the problem or project, photos if available and the best times to reach you. For buildings, let us know if board or management approval is required.
For most exterior projects we recommend being present so we can discuss options, but it is not always required. For interior work, access to the property is needed.
If damage is limited and your roof is in good overall condition, repair is usually the best value. If the roof is near the end of its life, has widespread damage or keeps leaking in new places, replacement is often more cost-effective. We will give you an honest recommendation.
Most residential roof replacements take one to three days once work begins. Larger, more complex or multi-family projects may take longer.
Many homeowners policies cover sudden damage from storms, wind or falling trees, but not wear and tear. We provide photos and documentation you can share with your insurer.
